Perhaps the most significant difference between Bissell 1940 and Bissell 1806 is that Bissell 1940 does not have the SpotBOOST Brush. Bissell 1806 generally makes the best way to go due to the SpotBOOST Brush. The feature is especially useful for tough and difficult cleaning tasks.
